MIAMI.- The Miami Freedom Park, the ambitious project set to transform the city of Miami, continues to progress toward its completion. With the vision of becoming the official home of Inter Miami CF, this new recreational destination and development spans 131 acres, anchored by a state-of-the-art soccer stadium.
Jorge Mas, Managing Owner of Inter Miami CF, expressed his excitement about the project’s progress:
“The upcoming stages of the Miami Freedom Park project bring us closer to realizing our dream of making it the official home of Inter Miami CF. Embodying our motto ‘Freedom to Dream,’ we have been diligently building something extraordinary: a place where every fan will treasure unforgettable football moments. As we look forward to the opening of our new stadium, we eagerly anticipate creating a world-class venue that reflects our passion, commitment, and the collective dreams of our South Florida community.”
Inter Miami Co-owner David Beckham added:
“After years of dreaming, it’s incredibly exciting to share that in 2026, Inter Miami CF will move to its long-term home at Miami Freedom Park. Miami Freedom Park is the culmination of years of hard work and the desire to fulfill a vision and create a lasting legacy for the fans and the Miami and South Florida community. Those interested in joining the Inter Miami CF family can secure their priority for the 2026 MLS Regular Season by placing deposits. Season ticket holders for the 2025 season will have the first priority to purchase tickets for matches at Miami Freedom Park, followed by deposit holders, subject to availability.
On Wednesday, September 4, Inter Miami CF will be active in the Miami community, from visiting local eateries in the morning to stopping by bars and restaurants in the evening. Fans can join in the fun, claim free gifts, and have the chance to win a pair of tickets to Inter Miami CF’s inaugural match at Miami Freedom Park.
In the evening, several iconic Miami landmarks, including the Royal Caribbean Terminal, SLS Hotel in South Beach, and Intercontinental Hotel, will light up in pink to support the team.
Leasing efforts and commercial partnerships are already underway to attract top partners and retailers that will enhance this new iconic destination for Miami.
The second phase of the entertainment district, which will include additional entertainment and retail concepts, as well as a curated selection of the best dining and beverage concepts in Miami, is scheduled to open in 2026, coinciding with the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
